ControlPoint OS exists because food safety teams were spending the day proving the program, instead of running it. The software is built around that work.
HACCP plans don’t fail in the binder. They fail in execution: a missed check, a review that happens too late, a corrective action with no owner, a record nobody can find when the auditor asks.
ControlPoint OS is licensed software for companies in the food industry that must keep those records — for their own program, and for local, state, and federal expectations that sit on top of it. It is cloud software, used by the plant, visible to the people responsible for more than one plant.
We don’t pretend a generic file cabinet in the cloud is the same thing. Lines, products, allergens, equipment, and the checks attached to them are the point.
