Security
For the IT lead who got invited to the food safety meeting.
This page is the honest version. It describes how the product is designed to control access and keep records traceable. It is not a certification badge.
Role-based permissions
People see the plants and the work their job requires. Administration of users, master data, and the program is separate from completing a check on the line. Bring your access matrix to the demo and we will walk it.
Record history
Food safety records are only useful if you can explain them. ControlPoint is built so review, status, and corrective-action activity stay with the record instead of in someone’s inbox. Ask us, in the demo, to show how a change is traced.
Central storage
The point of the system is that the record is not on a clipboard, a laptop share, and a scanned PDF at the same time. One system of record, reached through the ControlPoint application.
Data integrity
Required structure beats a blank Word file. Records are organized by plant, activity, product, line, shift, and date so an incomplete story is harder to file and easier to see.
The operator steps for the audit trail, approval, and corrective actions are in the Quick Step Guide.
We will not claim SOC 2, 21 CFR Part 11 validation, or a specific uptime number on this site unless a current report is in your hands. If those are procurement requirements, put them on the demo agenda and we will answer with documents, not adjectives.
Customer sign-in for the application is separate from this marketing site.
